rub some lemon on your spots (im assuming theyre leftover red spots from your acne). Use some concealer and foundation and over time those marks will fade.

You can also try a nice little mix that works for me...

urinate into a cup...squeeze a few drops of lemon into the urine...take a cotton ball and dab away and let it sit and dry and go to sleep like that. Im not kidding or crazy your urine is actually clean and this treatment is well knownHas Anyone Got Any Advice On How To Get Rid Of Spots?
Well don't squeeze as the bacteria on your hands will re infect them. At your age its common to get them.

What about toothpaste dabbed on the spots at night before you go to bed?

Also what about steaming your face with a bowl of hot water being careful not to scald yourself. Don't forget the towel needs to be over your head as you steam. This allows the pores to open. You can then wash your face using just water and preferably cold as this will close your pores. Soap is to be avoided as its not good for you.

If your allowed then either invest in a facial tanner or go to the sun bed shop and use the sunbed though not for long. Vitamin D helps and this is found in suns rays. My partner had spots on his back growing up and his G.P said to him either book a week some where hot or go on the sunbed but use with caution.
To reduce the number of spots that you get, you should wash with soap and water twice a day. Making sure that you rinse off all the soap. Having washed you can use any other product if you wish.

You will never be able to prevent all spots in adolescence, but a good regime will help reduce there number.

Spots form because during puberty, you are producing large amounts of hormodes. These cause excess oil in your hair follicles. The oil seals the follicles, providing a nice cubby hole in which bacteria can breed away merrily.

Soap will remove some of the exccess oil. Clearasil etc. will also help do this and contain chemicals which kill bacteria. The antibacterial agents are unlikely to penetrate inside existing spots.

You should avoid squeezing spots to burst them as you may force bacteria deeper into you skin, causing permanent scarring.
Clearasil and Clean and Clear didn't work for me either but Neutrogena Deep Clean Invigorating Foaming Scrub really did!
