Were can i get advice about complaining about a company without grievance procedures?

i was made redundant at 10am , 12.30 told i would recieve my final pay slip and p45 ( told them i had a grievance they then phoned me back at 3pm and told me that they wanted to keep me on their pay roll).


please does anybody know were or who i can talk to about this?Were can i get advice about complaining about a company without grievance procedures?
Depends who the company is and size.Try going to your area manager,if you have one and try sorting things out that way.If you don't have any luck,go over their heads and go straight to company manager.Were can i get advice about complaining about a company without grievance procedures?
depends what type of company ie shops then acast,however most if not all will say you must follow the companys own grievance procedure first!!!
