Can i get advice from personal trainers?

i weigh 120 Lbs and i want to gain weight, but i have a fast metobolism. ive tried numerous weight gain programs and gained only about a pound, but i run track, so i worked the pound off. i want to keep the weight, with minimal fat. anything i can do?Can i get advice from personal trainers?
I wouldn't suggest using those weight gainers. Even in desperate times, they provide your body with a lack-luster form of nutrition.

By running track you are flooding your system with catabolic hormones. This is what's causing your body to maintain a set point weight below what you might want.

While your running track it's going to be harder to gain weight, but possible. Get with a gym and speek with a personal trainer there (I could suggest you a program, but it wouldn't be specifically to your or your gym setting). Eat, and eat well. Try your best to get in 120 to 150 grams of protein every single day. Up your carbs and good fats as well. Can i get advice from personal trainers?
OK. I would basically tell you that. 1. You need to eat a lot of everything especially proteins. I would specifically tell you to eat red meats since they're harder to digest and therefore your body has more time to to turn the protein to muscle. 2. Lift heavy with low reps. I would say 3 sets with reps of 5 -8. 3. REST you need to let your body rest. That mean you have to stop any cardio and/or high intensity sport your playing. Otherwise it all for not. You can't build muscle while your active.

below I added a link of a book that WILL help you.

P.S. I'm NASM Certified trainer in the business for about 3 years.
