Washed suede chair covers, all hard, advice to get them back to normal?

I stupidly washed my suede kitchen chair cover on a 40c synthetic cycle ignoring the dry clean only label as i thought it would be fine! It is clean but is hard and doesnt feel soft like the others. Any advice on how to get it back to normal? Is it worth washing the rest on a 30c delicates wash or not? Should i add fabric conditioner or not?Washed suede chair covers, all hard, advice to get them back to normal?
Brush it with a soft brush...Good Luck! :)Washed suede chair covers, all hard, advice to get them back to normal?
i always add fabric softner to mine.
Put a rubber glove on,boil up a kettle of water, then hold over the steam %26amp; brush up the nap.Is it real suede or fake? If its real ,you have probably ruined it for good.
dampen a towel up and put it in the tumble dryer with the cover .the steam should soften it up.keep an eye on it though.
all you would have to do is brush them with a soft brush. Do it when they back on the chairs to make it easy.
i washed some curtains which came out the same, hard you could try turning inside out and give them an iron only warm should make them soft.
Try the Innuit method of softening sealskin, chew it a bit at a time, better than watching the guff on the telly
You should never ever wash suede, there's nothing much you can do. You could ask if your furniture dealers have anything but I'm doubtful.
Do not wash, dry clean only.

Take the one that is hard to a cleaners and see if they can soften it for you. But don't get your hopes up.
