Call Boys town or Girls town or any youth shelter in town. There is an 800 number for both Boys and Girls town. If your parents are addicts or physically abusive you can contact Family Services. They may remove all children from the home temporarily and mom and dad will have to complete courses and/or treatment before the children can be returned to their custody.
